WareTrack uses Claude through the Anthropic API for natural-language querying of live warehouse data and operational document drafting. Claude’s long-context reasoning and Korean-language quality are core to our product, not an add-on.
Where Claude sits in the product
Three places Claude does the work.
Natural-language operations queries
Operators ask questions about inventory, docks, and shipments in Korean or English. Claude grounds each answer in the live state of the digital twin.
Operational document drafting
Claude drafts shipment summaries, exception reports, and handover notes from raw event streams, which staff review instead of writing from scratch.
Long-context floor reasoning
Claude’s long-context window lets WareTrack reason over a full shift’s worth of events at once, not just the last few minutes.
Why we are applying
Claude Startups
Claude is core to WareTrack: the product is designed around the Anthropic API rather than retrofitted to it. We are applying to Claude Startups to deepen this integration during our launch phase — expanding the operational questions WareTrack can answer and the documents it can draft for warehouse and factory teams.
We are a Korean team, and Claude’s Korean-language quality matters to our customers. Warehouse operators ask questions in Korean; the answers need to be right the first time.
